We are always on the look-out for committed individuals with the skill-set to match a new or ongoing projects.

For the majority of our projects, the successful candidates require web design working knowledge of XHTML, CSS, javascript, Adobe CS5 or higher (Dreamweaver, Flash Pro, Photoshop) as well as the soft skills to collaborate with our client to meet their needs. Learning Management System (LMS) or Content Management System (CMS) experience considered an asset.

Depending on the project and the duration, there may be opportunities for full-time resources to work from home after training (certain requirements must be met). For "as needed" client projects, we require a resource pool for the services of freelance web designers and instructional designers to assist with the bid proposal process and complete awarded work. We keep applications on file for 6 months, and review them when we plan on expanding our team.

FAQ

  • Can I work remotely from home?

Initial training typically takes place on-site; however for certain positions employees that meet our home office work environmet requirement are eligible to work from home except on scheduled office days.

  • Can I work part-time hours?

This depends on the client project, but most positions are full-time (35-40 hours weekly).

  • Do you have a group benefit plan and who is eligible?

Permanent full-time employees are eligible to join our group benefit plan on their first day of work. We pay 50% of the monthly premium.
