Meet our Teams

eLearning Content Creation

Our Curriculum Development / Design Support teams have provided clients with dedicated content creation support on eLearning course development or reversioning projects since early in 2008. Tasks range from creation and editing of online learning objects, Flash interactives, image searches, text versions of interactives, importing and deploying assessments in Learning Management System, quality assurance checks, and much more. They have built a solid reputation for getting the job done. Team technical skillset includes experience in Adobe Flash Pro, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver; HTML, XML, CSS and javascript coding and popular Learning Management Systems (LMS).

eLearning Content Support

Our Content Support team is our client's first point of contact on their Course Help Desk since mid-2006 managing incident reports or requests requiring maintenance to over 100 online K-12 courses in Blackboard and Educator LMS' platforms. Team technicals skillset includes Learning Management System (LMS) experience and experience in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver; HTML, XML, CSS and javascript coding. Our Global Services Client Support team has provided content support and course upload/configuration support to our client since the fall of 2009.

Resource Pool & Recruitment

In addition to the above teams, we have resources available to work on client's short-term or long-term outsource projects. A recent engagement involved several of our resources assisting a client with a key initiative to move from their existing LMS platform to Blackboard LMS completing development, deployment and quality assurance tasks from the fall of 2010 until summer 2011.
